• 60% advance is mandatory to start the process for custom-made orders.

• Order lead time varies depending on order placement date and customization requirements.

• Shipping Charges are based on destination, sizes and weight of your order on international orders.

• Any custom duties or taxes if applicable by the respective country’s officials ,will be borne by the customer.

• No refund against customised order/orders placed.

• All Garments are to be dry cleaned only.

• Please note that we try to match the colour accurately to samples. However it may appear to have variation

when seen on various screens.

• Hand woven fabrics have natural fiber and threads in their weave. This is characteristic of their authenticity and not a fault.

• Please keep in mind if you're XL or above you'll have to pay 25% extra on top of the price of the outfit.
